UPTHA LIHTC HOMES I

Cedar City, Utah

This 17 Unit Rehab project began in the summer of 2018 with the Utah Paiute Tribal Housing Authority. Renovated are three two-bedroom units, nine three bedroom units, four four-bedroom units, and one five-bedroom unit. A couple of the units are for people with disabilities and are ADA-compliant. All sub contractors were locally hired. The rehab was completed in the summer of 2019. The total cost of the project was $1.2 million.
