Completed in 2016, this 24 Unit Single Family Rehab, consisted of 18 single family units and 6 duplexes utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits and AHP funds. The scope of work included siding, roofing, flashing, door and window replacement, interior finishes, cabinetry and counter tops, plumbing and electrical fixtures. The total cost of the project was $4.5 million.
