Completed in 2017 this new, 3 building complex utilized LIHTC, ICDBG and AHP funds to provide supportive housing for members of the Red Cliff Tribal members. The project was made up of studio, one, two and three bedroom units. The unimproved site required all new water and sewer infrastructure, landscaping and paving. The total cost was $3.3 million.
