Utilizing ICDBG funds awarded to ESHA in 2016, this project rehabbed 116 units in three villages (Charlietown, Shipton and Trout Creek). Scopes of work included replacement roofs, gutters, downspouts, siding, windows, doors, HVAC, and appliances. The total cost of the project was $1.5 million.
